Frequently asked questions
What counts as a click?
A click is a real person following your short link. We detect and exclude bots and link-preview crawlers (search engines, social apps, monitors) — they are visible in a separate toggle but never count against your plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Your existing links keep redirecting — we never break a link because of a plan limit. If you reach your monthly link-creation limit, you can create more next period or upgrade. If you exceed tracked clicks, redirects continue but additional clicks are not recorded in analytics.
Do links ever expire?
Links created with an account stay live as long as your account exists, unless you set an expiration date yourself. Anonymous links (created without an account) are deleted after 30 days if unclaimed.
What is your refund policy?
If in.bio is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full. Renewal charges can be avoided by cancelling any time before your renewal date — you keep paid features until the period ends.
